At U-Exchange.com we do our very best to protect you from spam and e-mail scams. We also depend on our members to inform us of any suspicious e-mails received.
We Can't Help, If You Don't Tell Us!
If you do receive a suspicious e-mail, the first thing you should do is forward the e-mail to us at customerservice@u-exchange.com and we will block the user immediately. This will ensure that other members do not receive the same e-mail and is a great way for members to look out for each other.
Examples of these scams can be anything from general spam, an inheritance you were unaware of, winning a large sum of money, to a 419 nigerian scam.
We've provided some useful links to further inform you of these fraudulent e-mails.
