We live in northern Finland 30 min by car from a bigger town Oulu (120000 inhabitants) and airport. 50 min to Sweden and 2 hours to the Arctic Circle.
Our house is 200m from the river and 2 km from the sea.
There are 2 stores in the house, 5 bedrooms, a sauna, a fireplace and a oven heated with wood, DSL internet, cable TV (English) and the area is very friendly and peaceful.
The yard is 1700m2. We are less than 2km from the village center, you can easily walk or cycle there.
We can include two cars and a summer house in the exchange.
We are also open for dates but prefer 6-12 months.
Winter starts in mid November and lasts till March. There will be plebty of snow and some cold weeks in December-January but due to the milder sea climate it is not as cold as in inner parts of the country.
