Our salmon is cut into fillets, portions, or steaks, then flash-frozen and packaged in vacuum-sealed bags to preserve freshness. You are sure to be delighted with every delectable bite!
*We are out of salmon from our 2006 salmon fishing season, but will gladly reserve your share of our catch in 2007. We will begin fishing in late June.
