I have a large 4 bedroom council house in Basildon
The house has gas fired central heating, an allocated parking space with front and back gardens
The rent is £87 per week
I have a lrge cent heated 4bed terr house with large L shaped kitchen diner in which Ive just put new kitchen this is not basic council kitchen its 15ft wide at its widest point is app 19ft long theres a downstairs loo with sink upstairs bathroom which I have just redecorated lounge is 11ft wide 15ft long was only decorated 6months ago but my parrot took a taste for the wallpaper by his cage so decided to eat a small area for dinner adjoining the lounge is a small 12ft by 6ft garden room which I built onto the patio area Im thinking of taking this with me as its only screwed onto the walls with wooden framework +did cost me best part of £4-500 to build but I am open to discussion or leaving it if similar in new home The garden is app34ft wide20ft long with wooden shed across the width of the garden at the bottom the garden isnt at its best due to my having to deal with a poorly relative +other family problems
Upstairs 2 dble bedrooms 15ft by 8ft wide one has been painted with various disney charactors right round, the other has had a lick of paint but most people change decor anywayother 2 bedrooms are app 13ft by 6ft
This is a quiet neighbourhood with a small local shopping centre but its only a 5min drive or 10min bus ride to the main town centre the train station is a 5-10 min walk from here with direct route to Fenchurch St or Southend on Sea, Canvey Island is only a short bus ride or a 20 minute drive with a new wildlife centre
There are 3 very good schools within walking distance and a Uni only a 10 min drive The health centre is just by the local shopping centre and the hospital is only just over 2 miles from the house
There are many restaurants cinemas bowling alley parks and other amenities within a 5mile radious Any further info needed please feel free to contact me

What I'm Looking For :
I am looking for a 3-4 bed council house pref semi or detached with a garden bigger the better, decor not important prefer radiator heating although l do love an open fire. Ideally not too close to a main road but within reasonable distance to transport, hospital etc as will be having poorly relative moving in l am looking for areas Torquay, Torbay, Paignton etc the more rural countryfied areas the better do not want anywhere in essex or an upside down town house with kitchen etc upstairs open to multi swaps can send some pics if you want to see house l hope someone can swap with me soon as l need to move elderly relative in with me soon.
Im also looking for possiblities for 3 way swaps too so please send me any offers with as much info as possible about your house even better include some pics l am a serious mover looking to move near friends for fresh start thanks and happy hunting everyone
