Hi my husband and i moved to this semi rural location a few months ago and although we wanted peace and quiet we have found that it is to far from our family with it being in North Devon and our family being in the South, with growing children we all miss our family in the south and would like to move back. We have a Lovely Large 3 Bed House in a small village called Tetcott in Holsworthy Devon, Its a lovely area very quiet we are surrounded by beautiful views of woods and fields that are often occupied by sheep and cows. There are lots of public walk ways that take you around and through the fields and forests. The House is a Lovely Large 3 bed House two Double bedrooms and a Single, Double Glazed through out, Large Kitchen/ Diner, Good Sized Bath/Shower and WC located upstairs, Built in wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms, House is partly decorated, Airing Cupboard, Loft, Very Large back garden with side gate as you can gain entrance to the back garden from the front of the house with a side gate which leads to along side the house into the back garden, fitted modern outside light, partly patio'ed, fenced off garden, Economy 7 Heating with Log Burner in Lounge we do find that the log burner alone is more than enough to heat the whole house alone and we rarely have it on only in the evenings if we do. This house is semi detached in a small closure of 6 houses, all very friendly neighbors too. There's a small car park out front for our houses alone. Its a beautiful area for a family that would like peace and quiet and friendly neighbors and who perhaps have family in North Devon. You will need a vehicle for this property as it is 5 miles to the nearest town Holsworthy which holds your local shops such as co-op, waitrose's and the main banks such as HSBC, Barclays, Natwest, Lloyds.
