I have a large three bedroomed mid terraced of three houses in a very well saught after area of Bonnyrigg. I am 2 mins walk from the local newly built primary school and a short walk to High School. Close to all amenities and bus routes etc. I have fitted a kitchen myself with a built in oven and hob etc. My living room is huge with the natural floorboards sanded down and two big windows at either end. There is a huge cupboard under the stairs which we use as a study. My bedrooms are of a good size with one being split into two as it is really big. My loft is huge and would easily be converted into another room. My garden is fully fenced off with a 6ft fence and is easily maintained with two huts in it. It also has a seating area and is a fantastic sun trap in the summer!
