I have a small but adorable studio apto in Santos, Brazil. I only use it as a vacation place from Dec. - Feb. So it is availible for most of the year. The apt. is located a block from the beach near restaurants, night life, grocery store and anything that you may need. Very safe neighboorhood, the building has 24 hr. doorman, elevator. Santos is only 1 1/2 hrs from Sao Paulo.
