2 bed flat with balcony and own large garden (for own use) insulated loft, decor is nice. in the middle of decorating kitchen and sorting garden out too. 2nd floor (top), only 6 flats in building, not in an estate or high rise, door code on entry, locked back door, school with own pool round the corner, all shops, bus stops and station very very close walking distance.
