We will sit down work out a menu, date, time, and location of event.
you then purchase the food, I will then prep, cook, and transport food to the event location, set up catering tables. serve food then break down my service part of the event. if bar service is contracted we will not break that service down until after event is over.

While other catering companys charge a mark up on purchasing food, mark up on prep of food, mark up on cooking food, mark up on transportation of food, mark up on service of food, and a mark up of setting up and breaking down service. That adds up to thousands of dollars for your event.
