Our names are Dave & Adi. We are in our late 50's and enjoy international travel. We are Business Owners in Cape Town - South Africa (voted best city destination in the world), and our Business is run by our Staff affording us the opportunity to travel for 3 - 4 months every year. We only travel on our own, and are not accompanied by friends or children. Our needs for accomodation are modest, although we need to know that we can swop cars as well. We own a 3 year old Toyota Camry(Automatic) and would be willing to swop our car for an equivalent good running car of yours. Our car insurance will be upgraded to provided full cover for you, free of excess payment, and we would expect the same arrangement on your car. We would prefer a stay of 3 months. We have a large comfortable home with a pool, in a popular upmarket leafy suburb. Our very friendly Mother lives in the home, but with her own suite of rooms, and will act as the co-ordinator of the home and supervise the gardener (once per week) and the Maid (twice per week). The maid can also be employed to do your washing and ironing for you at a daily fee. We are equipped with fastest broadband with a dedicated Laptop in the family room. We also subscribe to DSTv pay channels and have DVD player/Recorder. Our home is a large character home with views of Table Mountain range (Elephants Eye). Interesting home with 2 lounges of which one serves as formal and the other as family Room and dining room with open plan to modern stylish kitchen. Entertainment area leads from the main bedroom patio to beautiful large pool area with barbecue facilities. Two car garage with remote opening door fitted, and leading directly into the house. Bed Rooms are bright and well furnished, and all beds are comfortable. Our affectionate miniature Dachshund loves company, but will be cared for by our very friendly Granny. We have lovely enclosed private gardens front and back of a large yard.
What I'm Looking For :
We are looking for a home for the period anywhere between June 2010 - November 2010, but preferably June, July, Aug, Sept. Our need is for a home as near to Crow's Nest as possible as our daughter is having a baby and we would like to be close by to give a helping hand. A car would also be an essential.
