Services;
1) Yard work - We need our yard cleaned, roto-tilled and leveled. We have a large compost heap the we need spread out and mixed in. We also have a cement block walkway that we need repaired or removed, whichever is easiest.
2) Driveway - Our driveway is dirt and the tire ruts are getting pretty deep. We would like to get the driveway tarred and, potentially, extended to include a loop.
3) New electrical installed - Our electrical system is old and failing. We need the whole house rewired. (The circuit breaker box has been recently replaced by a relative, but I'm not sure of the workmanship)
4) New furnace and water heater - Our furnace is old and damaged. It is also what heats our water, so we use it year round and can't afford to have it fail on us. We also can't afford to pay to have a new unit installed.
5) Foundation water-sealed - Our basement floods with heavy rains and one of the walls has some rather worrying cracks in it.
6) New windows - We need all the windows in our house replaced, including one large multi-panel picture window in the living room which is missing a panel. The panel is currently covered by cardboard which is duct-taped in place. All the windows in place in our home now are single pane and the glass is loose in the frames.
7) Ceilings repaired - We need several of the ceilings in our home repaired as we had a VERY leaky roof (which was recently replaced) which caused severe water damage in the kitchen and living room. The ceiling in the downstairs bedroom also needs repair.
Goods;
1) Computer compatible headphones with attached microphone. Something nice with thick ear pads.
2) 2gb of DDR RAM
3) Clean 100gb or larger laptop hard drive with Windows XP Pro installed.
4) The Sims3. Used or new. Does not matter as long as it's not damaged.
