I can paint, hang doors, cabinets, tile, do light landscaping and lawn care, gardening, cleaning and pest control, security of property, light electrical and plumbing, supervise work on property, decorate and staging. Your all around property caretaker. I was one for over a year and loved it.
What I'm Looking For :
I am seeking free housing for finishing unfinished projects. Ideally, I'd prefer a minimum 3 bedroom 2 bath home, preferably rural, with wildlife on large lot, or a home with a yard. I can finish the work on the property. I have two teenagers, boy, 17, girl, 13. They are highly disciplined and have been homeschooled. Now are going to be registered to a school, but continuing distance learning with organized extracurricular activities, such as, art class, music, driving safety, etc. I will sign a liability waiver. I have 2 fully-indoor cats. Will move anywhere in the 48 connecting states. I will be a distance learing college student finishing my degrees and need access to internet. So if one is not available, I should be allowed to call a service provider. I am the one they talk about who yells at the screen while watching DIY, HGTV, or TLC programs like Property Ladder and Renovation Realities. I would hope that you would have most of the supplies needed for the projects on the property, and allow me use of your tools to start the work. I know how valuable tools are, and know how to use them. I am very responsible, careful and anal about returning the possessions of others in the same or better condition in which first received. Again, free housing in exchange for fixing property. I will do this for more than one property at a time, like in an unfinished development. Free housing in exchange for free labor, for at least 6 months to a year. I WILL SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER. I need to get out of this current environment with my children.
