Very nice upper duplex apartment located in a lively neighborhood on a quiet street with lots of trees. The house was built in the 1930s, has wood panelings and wooden floors and is very well lit. There are two bedrooms, a living room (with sofa bed/futon), a dining room, a kitchen (+ breakfast nook), two smaller rooms (offices), one bathroom (shower + bath) and a solarium. There is one small balcony out front (street side) and a larger one in the back, quieter, where you can have a quiet meal. We are about 25 minutes (by subway) away from the heart of Montreal, and perhaps about the same to get to the popular Plateau Mont-Royal (by bus or subway). The apartment/flat is very nice, clean and well maintained.
