2Bed, 2.5Bath, mountain townhouse. This place is paradise!
I have a lovely condo in Canmore Alberta (10 mins from Banff and 1 hour from Calgary) which I would like to swap for something in Fort Mac for approx 6months.
This is one of the most beautiful towns in Canada with a population of 15,000, nestled in the Rockies. It breaks my heart that I have to leave.
The house:
-2 bedroom
-2.5 bathroom
-newly finished basement
-completely furnished including a BBQ on the back patio
-part of a desirable neighbourhood that is very kid, animal and bike friendly
-AMAZING view of the mountains.
Also, I do have a very quiet well-behaved cat that I would like to be able to stay in the house. It can be very traumatic for cats to be moved from their home. She is not a burden and is fine to leave alone in the house for a few days as long as she is left food and water. If you are interested in a swap but not interested in the cat, that is fine, just let me know upon initial contact.
Canmore is a holiday vaction for thousands of people each year, and just think, this could be your home for a while! It could be an extended holiday where you work easy hours and spend your spare time exploring the mountains, hiking, bike riding, swimming, climbing, fishing, rafting or in the winter, skiing or snowboarding.
