We have a 12 year old 3 bedroom house with studio and conservatory. It is located in Oceanside close to Qualicum Beach. The beaches are 5 mins away and the golf course is across the road. Nanaimo our nearest large city with airport is approx 20 mins S. by car. The ferry to Vancouver takes 90 minutes. Skiing at Mt Washington is an hour's drive north of Qualicum.
Vancouver Island is idyllic and chosen by many as both a retirement area or as a vacation destination.1A 2009 Toyota saloon is available as a car swop.We keep our house in pristine condition and would treat your house in a similar manner.
