I have a 1st floor 2 bedroom flat, large rooms, shared communal/garden area. New kitchen, was completed June 2008. Brand new central heating system, includes brand new electric fire in living room. Due to have new bathroom. The flats are a purpose built block only 2 floors (Ground an 1st) so we are on top. We benefit from 2 sheds. Has all been decorated neutral. although my daughters bedroom is white, the rest of flat is cream. I will be dding pictures when I work out how lol. We live right behind Buckhurst field, and close to local shops ad schools. The bus stop is just across the road and takes 10-15 minutes to get to the town center on the bus. Our neighbour would also like to move into a 2 bed property so if you are after a 1 bed ground floor flat I'm thinking maybe a multi-swap? I am looking to move in or out of Swindon. I am looking for a 2-3 bed house, gf flat, maisonette anything really. I would like to move by July if I can because my 2nd child is due in August and I want to move before. I dont mind if there is no garden. If moving within Swindon I will not consider Penhill or Pinehurst. Would like to move out of Swindon any areas considered.
