i'm swapping my lovely paris flat, situated in the heart of montmartre near Sacré Coeur, for housing in / near San Francisco.
The district is full of charm and gives direct access to the 'butte' (10 mins walk) and to the center of paris thanks to a metro station situated at 100m and a bus station downstairs. Lots of shops, place to go out for/after lunch. Traditional hausmanian architecture.
The flat is about 100m2, 2 bedrooms, one big living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. Satellite TV, wi-fi, ps3 console, etc. Lots of light everywhere, and my wife has put lots of funny / designory stuff that makes it a unique place to stay.
