I have a 45.6 foot boat in Italy, one day sail from Croatia, Greece or Albania. It is in the water, ready to go. it only needs the bottom cleaned and new antifouling which will be done before the season begins.
It has much equipment. We have it listed for sale and if you put enter google and enter 46 foot sailboat, Heritage West Indies, there is a ton of information. It is well cared for and I would consider a boat in Mexico or Haiti or Dominican Republic.
This is not a fixer upper and I am not interested in anything that requires alot of money and time.
What I'm Looking For :
