I am good with animals, especially cats and dogs (I've had three of each in the past, all adopted). I can walk your dog or take care of you pets while you're on vacation. I can even house-sit for you (water you plants while you're away).
I'm also good with children and could babysit for you if needed. I've worked with children before (tutoring them in math and English). I have no criminal record and have been fingerprinted by LiveScan to ensure that I am able to work with children.
I'm experienced at using computer prograns like Microsoft Word, making impressive Powerpoint presentations, and creating pictures and logos in Macromedia Freehand. I am adept to navigating my way through the Internet to conduct research. I'm also good at composing e-mails and attaching files to them.
I would also be interested in doing some part-time office work and proof-reading any of your documents.
I'm also an artist. Self-taught, to be exact. I specialize in designing cartoons mostly in anime style. I've only taken a few course in college I would say that my skill level is fair.
What I'm Looking For :
I've been searching for an affordable laptop that is of good quality and contains at least basic programs(MS Word, MSPowerpoint, MS Excel, Adobe Reader, Internet Explorer). I don't mind if it is used as long as it is working.
If we could agree on reduced rent in exchange for doing office work and/or babysitting/housesitting, that would be great. I'm fine with a shared or private room (I have no preference), even the garagage is fine. I'm in real need of a place to stay.
