Living room, dining room, small kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with bath and shower. Apartment located at the third floor of a 40 apartments building with indoor garage and laundry in the basement.

Trois-Rivières: Sleeping facilities: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. One office. Kitchen, large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Apartment located at the second floor of a new 4 apartments building with a terrace and an outdoor parking.
Equipment: Hi-Fi, TV, DVD, Computer with internet access, Kitchen: electric stove, micro wave oven. Terrace: Gas BBQ. washing machine, dryer.

Montreal
Location: trendy residential area, 40 minutes walk to downtown, 5 minutes walk to a subway station, close by access to highways. All services nearby (supermarket, refined food stores, fishmarket, baker’s shop, restaurants, flower shop, and more).
Trois-Rivières
Location: new residential area, suburb type with close by services in malls, accessible by foot or by car. Close to highway 40 (Quebec- Montreal).
WHAT WE OFFER
Montreal is a cosmopolitan city, very well known for its summer festivals like the International Jazz Festival which will celebrate its 30th year of existence in 2009. Montreal is also known for its gastronomy and cultural activities. Many visitors appreciate montrealers «Latin» character.
Montreal is one hour drive from the very nice Eastern Townships area where you will find nice inns and bed and breakfast, cycling paths in the country (the Quebec cycling network is crossing the region), vineyards. Also, you are at two hour’s drive from Quebec and Ottawa.
The Trois-Rivières apartment is one hour drive from Quebec City so you can visit and come back home to sleep the same day. The back country is very interesting for outdoor activities (hiking, canoe, cycling) because of close by Mauricie National Park.
Our car, a Nissan Versa 2008 (with air conditioning) is available
What I'm Looking For :
We have no definite plans for the coming winter holidays but we are open for suggestions.
The Montréal appartment could be available for longer stays -one month or more, at about any time.
The exchange could also be non simultaneous.
