The lot is more then ample size to park an RV/ fifth wheel, or you could build a house.
It is a three minute walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez, where you can fish, swim, collect shells or just bask in the sun.
San Bruno is a small community, the people are friendly and helpful, and yes, there is water and electricity here.
