Victorian house in Alapaha, GA, built in 1889. Pic of house is BEFORE new roof. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bath. 1/2 acre lot fenced in. Entrance hallway, both bathrooms, children’s bedroom, kitchen (which is really pretty and very big) living room, and bed room have all been painted and decorated. hallway is the one that needs to be finished painting. One bedroom could use some paint and fix a few plaster cracks, or not…it can be left as is, it’s more a cosmetic things than a need to fix. Roof leaked when we bought it, but we reroofed it. Lots of trees in back. 15 minutes from Tifton, GA. 30 min. from Valdosta, Ga. House has original stained glass front door with "twirling" door bell that works. Hardwood floors, new roof, new huge, huge screened in back porch with ceiling fan and light, original door knobs, hardware, wood work, spindles, transient doors, etc. Aprox. 2,000 sq. ft. Small town cozy area, but not too far from bigger towns. Hallway needs to be painted. Started on it, but didn’t finished. Also outside needs painting. Ternamite bond current. Real cute home.

What I'm Looking For :
For someone to take over loan and pay closing costs. Do to circumstances we have to leave our home and move to another state. House will appraise for more than what is owed, so that is a plus for new owner. House in mid $60’s, appraised for aprox $80,000. House can be looked at any time.
