Lovely home in Beautiful Vernon, B.C. Located 20 km from Silver Star Alpine Ski,and Sovereign Lake Cross Country Ski resort. Approximately 4 hours from Vancouver. Home is 2500 square feet with all the bells and whistles. Also a 2000 Jimmy SUV would be available. The home is located 5 mins from all kinds of shopping,grocery and liquor stores. Kelown is 30 mins away with Costco, Malls and Big White Ski resort. The exchange would be anytime between December 2009 and March 20l0.
