Near Palermo's main beach, newly renovated 1st floor apartment, comfortable for up to 5 people, in quiet and secluded upper-scale residential-only neighbourhood, yet close to all amenities, with discreet and helpful full-time janitorial service.Private parking lot with remote control, security system, double sink secondary bathroom, all linens,towels and kitchenware; hardwood floors, Persian carpets, some antique furniture, ceiling and floor fans may add to overall individual comfort.A mere 10-minute drive to main (sandy) beach, called Mondello (see map), where we own a fully equipped cabin located right onto the beach itself, available all summer to our guests. Car (Rover 618, oldish but reliable and with great A/C !) may also be at your disposal, fully licensed to circulate at all times/places in town, wherever and whenever traffic restrictions apply.
Advisable prior documentation about Palermo's (and Sicily's)attractions, too many to state herein, but will gladly provide guidance according to personal preferences. Will also provide (discreet) overall assistance from English-speaking and French-speaking parents/friends during your stay.
