Lovely 3 bedroom family home in Christchurch-city of 400,000.On good bus route.Bus from airport to my door takes half an hourlate model small car. Cat needing to be fed,but when you leave to go skiing or travel around..have family who will take over feeding cat.House on market but if sell will be in sunny two bedroom unit or home nearby.I have family to assist and advise if needed.

Anywhere in Italy, prefer east coast holiday region with fishing.Prefer car too.Just sunny.No of bedrooms doesnt matter
