Ideally located in the area of " LE MARAIS" you will enjoy typical French way of life. In all the area, lots of French restaurants, bars, coffee. The area is also famous for the cultural aspect. In the neighborhood, lots of art galleries. The Picasso museum is close to the flat. The area is also famous for being a good place for shopping: the entire famous French brands have a shop in the street "la rue des Francs Bourgeois" and the famous shopping street "La rue de Rivoli" is just at 10 minutes walking. The flat is well decorated and situated in a safe and quiet private residence. (CCTV Camera and digicode).

What I'm Looking For :
During my holidays in Australia, I have heard about the opportunity to do a working holiday visa so I decided to come, live and work here.
I think that an HOME EXCHANGE could be a good solution; moreover I have already made swap (London, Melbourne, NYC).So I ‘m looking for a long term home exchange ( at least 3 months) in Melbourne or why not another town in Australia.
I ‘m trustworthy and it’s a way of travel that I really appreciate. This is why another swap is the best deal for me and for someone who could want the same in France.
