Hi i have an 1st floor 2 bedroomed flat in a quiet village location. It has a garden to the front & a large garden to the rear. It has had a new kitchen & bathroom fitted it's fully double glazed & also has had central heating fitted. It's not to far from Kettering town so shopping etc isn't a problem. It benefits from nice views handy being an upstairs flat. There is a village shop, chip shop & 3 pubs down the main street which is just a 5 minutes walk away.
What I'm Looking For :
I am looking for a 2 bedroomed house or bungalow as I'm bringing up my daughter & would like a little more space. I'd consider a 3 way exchange although I'd still prefer a rural location or maybe a quiet area in a small town. Anywhere in Northamptonshire would be good for me although I'd considerate moving anywhere in England in the surrounding counties
