You can watch your child walk through the school doors from the livingroom. A bus stop into town is a minutes walk.
Very ideal and central location with access to many bus routes around the town.

What I'm Looking For :
Either a two or three bed house with a garden for my two year old daughter. anything in the north aberdeenshire considered, ellon, cruden bay, newmachar, blackburn etc. we both drive so as long as it's commuting distance to dyce then we're happy
