We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) who live in the Vancouver suburbs in a modern 1,045 sq. foot 2 bedroom condominium/flat, ground floor with instant access to a beautiful and huge park directly behind our back door. Condo features in-suite private laundry (washer and dryer), automatic dish washer, alarm system, private secure underground parking, high speed internet, modern cooking facilities, microwave, cold bottled water dispenser, large refrigerator, large deep freezer and close to all amenities. 3 televisions (1 in each bedroom + 52" T.V. in living room). Desktop computer provided, plus wireless high speed router for laptops.
5 minutes from the Skytrain to get to downtown Vancouver. Close access to the Pacific Ocean and it's beaches, plus 45 minute drive to the top ski resorts in North America (Whistler, Blackcomb, Grouse mountain etc.)
No air conditioning but 2 large ceiling fans provided, plus our condo is on the shady, cool side of the building and doesn't get too hot inside during Summer.
We love our neighborhood because it's directly situated behind a gorgeous large recreational green park that features a free outdoor swimming pool, brand new childrens water park and playground plus lots of space to ride bikes and jog etc.
We also live 5 minutes from all the necessary amenities such as banks, grocery stores, department stores, pubs, nightclubs, restaurants.
We are situated on a major transit route as well, so getting to downtown Vancouver is easy (about 30 minutes on the Skytrain).
This is a safe and secure family oriented building.
What I'm Looking For :
Apartment or house located near Copenhagen (Denmark) or Malmo (Sweden). 2 Bedrooms, close to transit routes, children must be OK, sleeps 4 (2 adults + 2 children), high speed internet. We are alos looking for home exchanges with Holland or Belgium too.
