We have a 3bed semi-detached council house in Sea Mills Bristol. It has gas central heating, double-glazing throughout, and is clean and tidy throughout, the lounge and kitchen & bathroom have been redecorated in the last 2-3 years. There is a very large back garden which is very private and secure, with driveway at front of house for 1 car. There is a junior school just 5min walk away and a infant school just 10-15 min walk away. There are local shops/post office/dentists/chemists and hairdressers all within 5-10 mins walk
Most importantly we have excellent neighbours either side.
What I'm Looking For :
We want a 3bedroom house in Portishead area with central heating. The reason being is that 2 of my children attend Gordano school and with the third child going there next september bus fares are going to get crazy! We don't mind doing a three way swap as long as we get to Portishead.
