Own 1 bed appt in hisorical town centre of Ferrara which is currently available, or chance to stay in my 2 bedroom, nicely furnished appt which is apprx 8min bike ride from town centre in quiet, green residential area. Ferrara is a beautiful ancient town with moated castle, most people get around on bikes. It's also a gastronomical delight.
Nearest airport is a 40min drive away near the busier city of Bologna, another exciting, bustling place to discover. Florence is a 1.5 hr drive away as is Venice. The capital Rome is 3hrs and Milan 2.5. I can provide home-cooked meals and transport and time to show folks around.
