i have a 2 bedroom house mid terrace with front and back garden to the front of house we have a footpath then a field with a play park and small fotball pitch and its very very quiet , the house its self has central heating , every room in our house has been decorated and new carpets and most are 10 year stain free warranty , the front room is large and spacious with a wlk in closet and a large closet , the back room is a good size also. th downstairs is open plan large sitting room , then the dining room joint to the kitchen its a cracking house and we dont want to movebut need the space with having 2 kids now, the area has great transport connections , bus stops around the house and the school is around the corner there is shops round the corner from us too elderly neighbours easy car parking only unfortinate thing is there is no parcking directly at our door but al in all if there was an exchange then you woulod have no issues

we are lookin for a 3/4 bed room house with a front and back garden to hold our kids toys, would consider any area in dumfries , lochmaben , parkgate , lockerbie , castle douglas , with in a 20 mile radius of dumfries town centre basicly hope theres some one out there looking to down grade in house size. stuart
