One Block from Public transit, two Blocks from Golden Gate Park (DeYoung Meseum) in the Inner Sunset. Fifteen minutes by transit or thirty five minutes West by foot to the beach (Pacific Ocean).
I'm 40 years old, clean, non smoking, reasonable, rational and responsible looking for the same qualities.
Its a four unit quiet building in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Francisco.
For two adults maximum(thirty years old plus preferred) only please (one child negotiable) No Smoking in building! (Warning, if you're found smoking in the building or have loud parties you will be asked to leave, no joke.)
I (one person only but might change if I meet the right woman in the meantime but no more than two) will swap for your apartment in Paris or Amsterdam or other european center
What I'm Looking For :
Paris preferred or Amstersam, Wien or Praha but open to other major european city, or Istanbul for that matter.
In the heart of the city only please, no suburbs or bus/train rides into town, with basic furnishings.
I'm one person(see disclaimer about possibly two people above) 40 year old male, I'm clean, non-smoking, reasonable rational and responsible looking for a small one bedroom place, quiet, non-smoking home. that's safe, dry and warm.
I'd prefer something on the third floor or above, a balcony or view would be better.
Need for three weeks in '07, either some time April-June or after peak season in October would work.
