I have over 40 years of design, costuming and sewing experience to offer. My specialty: I make period and fantasy clothing. "From King Arthur to Darth Vader" I can make just about anything that can be sewn on a sewing machine - I do not work in plastic, heavy leather or metal and I do NOT make corsets (although I can point you towards a GREAT corsetier!). What I make should not be confused with costumes - these are CLOTHES - in other words, you can expect to get years of good wear from my creations, not just one or two uses where it falls apart.
What I'm Looking For :
A good embroidery machine with a large embroidery field, fabric (large pieces - over 10 yards), trims, thread for sewing and machine embroidery, interfacing and stablizer, inkjet inks for my printer, and other odds and sods [grin]. What have you got? Ask - you know what they say: no ask, no get!
