We have 3/4 bedroom house in the beautiful small town/large village of Modbury, 10 mins drive from the beach at Bigbury. The house has high ceilings and is spacious. It has a very homely feel but is not like a rental home - it has been lived in!
The top floor has 2 small bedrooms and bathroom. The middle flor has a medium bedroom approx 8X12 ft and a large sitting room/bedroom 16X12
the ground floor has a study 12x10
Dining room 12X10
Kitchen, Utility room and 2nd bathroom and shower. There is gas central heating and open fires in some rooms. There is a small back patio and a small garden. The street is very quite with a short walk down to all the shops.
What I'm Looking For :
We are looking for a minimum of a 3 bedroom house or (pref) flat. Spacious. Must have central heating. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months. Interested in anywhere in England or Scotland.
