i have a three bedroomed house in north hull (22nd avenue) its a semi with drive large enclosed back garden two toilets one up one down, the house is three bedroomed but is small for us and we want a bigger house, please note i will check out all areas and will not move to any bad areas.
What I'm Looking For :
i want a large 3 or 4 bedroomed house, enclosed garden a MUST and must not be a yard! i require a dining room and a good neighbourhood, the area i live is a really nice area i appreciate some areas close by are not so great but the council here tell me this is probably one of the best areas in hull to live regards crime and state of housing, the houses here do not look council they look private and many are bought now, the neighbourhoof has very nice home owners and tenants and all my neighbours are great both sides, i neve hear them at all, i really dont want to move and my ONLY reason is that for comfort i would like a larger house, my children play piano and we have a large piano taking up a lot of space in the lounge! as this is my only reason to move please do not contact me unless you have a larger property to offer as i would not go any smaller than i am at present. these are very small three bedroomes houses although the kitchen is a good size the lounge and bedrooms are small. the back garden is very big with six foot fencing and totally enclosed, also new shed and trees at the bottom so you do not look out to anything other than the trees. lovely area and i will be sad to move, i am in no rush but if something comes along in as good an area but a bit bigger i will concider it.
