Our home is in a lovely gated senior (55+) community (Timber Pines)about 40 miles north of Tampa. The community has 4 golf courses, 2 tennis centers and other facilities too numerous to mention (see website). Our house has 2,100 sq.ft., 8 rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an attached 2 car garage. It is on the golf course with a beautiful view from the deck.
