I have a mountain/creek lot that I would like to trade. It is 1.52 acres on a Department of Natural Resources creek with 206' of creek frontage. The creek is stocked at least 3 times a year with rainbow trout. Wildlife are plentiful in the area and it is within 10 minutes of a Wildlife Management Area for hunters. The lot is gently sloping to the water and wooded. There would be a view of mountains and creek. It is perfect for a vacation, or weekend get away for someone in the Atlanta or Chattanooga area. It would alos make an awesome retirement or permanent home for the nature lover!
What I'm Looking For :
Small vacation or rental property, beach, lake, mountains, recreation park, etc... Would prefer something within 6 hours of N. GA, but would consider the right property if farther.
