We live between the Sacramento Valley & Foothills on 20 acres, including a large pond with a small dock & row boat & year round creek. Very private. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Kitchen, living area w/ 42" flat screen tv w/ satellite, laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Also have a jacuzzi. We live within 2 hours of Tahoe/Reno, Nevada, 45 minutes to Sacramento, 45 minutes to Chico. 2 and 1/2 hours to San Francisco & the Napa Valley. Trade for car is debatable.
