Winter Park's Park Avenue shopping/dining district is 5 minutes away. Will exchange for exact same vacation days (5 to 7 day block - flexible dates - end of July 25 through August 7, 2008.

Vacation home, condo, or apartment in either Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Laguna Beach, or Huntington Beach areas of Southern California. Must sleep four comfortably. Walking distance to beach, ocean or beach view preferred. Looking for 1-week stay July 25 through August 7 of 2008. 5-7 day block. Our home is very nice, so we are looking for similar situation, understanding that the So Cal property is likely smaller square footage.
