Lovely 1890's carriage house in quiet tree-lined neighborhood of old Victorian homes. Three bdrms., 2 baths, small yard and garden. Walk to city center. Vibrant arts community in city of over 100k people. 25 miles north of Boston accessible by train. Close to beaches (45 min.) and New Hampshire mtns. (1 hr.)New England is a summer destination for Americans.I would only leave it for Ireland ! House is spacious, open concept, sleeps 5. I have 2 cats, old and quiet. Good walking neighborhood. I am a semi-retired college professor who loves to travel, especially in Ireland.

Would like 14 to 21 days (July 1 thru August 30, 2008), anywhere in Ireland. I may be alone or traveling with a companion - not sure yet- so I don't need large accomodations.
