What I Have To Offer :

I have a 1 bedroom ground floor property,in a quiet location, ideal for elderly person or young person. Own parking space and own well maintained garden.
I am expecting and wish to exchange asap.
Neighbours are very welcoming and extremely friendly, one young person and a few middle aged. No noise from road and view of new severn bridge.Ten min walk from village.

What I'm Looking For :

2/3 bedroom property in caldicot area, with off road parking.Possibly with a garden.Quiet area would be nice as going from nice to noisy is a bit dramatic.
Unfurnmished is ok also no problem about decoration.If a flat grouynd or middle floor due to my heart problems and struggle with climbing steps especailly with a new baby would be hard.
