Property Description
This is a very large home in a secluded safe gated community in the southwest part of the city of Orlando, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. It is very private and safe neighborhood and very close to all that the City of Orlando has to offer. There are parks, stores, and walking trails nearby.
Property Amenities
This very large home (4000+ sq ft)has tile and carpeting throughout as well as hard wood floors in the formal areas. The house has central air and heat, and can sleep 10 people comfortably. The large master bedroom with television, has a king bed, and large sitting area as well as very large bathroom, which has exercise equipment, a two person shower, and a television as well. There is also a pool bath on this floor with a shower, that goes out to the pool. Additionally on the first floor is a formal living room, dining room, as well as a breakfast bar area, a huge fully equipped kitchen with four burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, plus all necessary cookware, dishes and flatware. Also on this floor is a media room with large screen television, gas fireplace, surround sound stereo, and a CD player with 300 CDs as well a large selection of VHS movies and DVDs. There is a washer and dryer as well on this level. All rooms in the house have music and separate volume controls and all rooms on the first floor go out to the pool and hot-tub. There is an outdoor summer kitchen as well as refrigerator at the pool area for entertaining and another shower at the pool as well. On the second floor are 3 guest bedrooms, all with televisions, two with queen beds and the third bedroom which goes out to the sun deck, that has a convertible sofa bed. There is a full bathroom on this floor as well.

Miami is about 4 hours south.
There are restaurants everywhere, a grocery store, liquor store, and drycleaners approximately 1 mile from the house.
