This one bedroom condo in Zihuatanejo, Mexico is located to capture the worlds best view of beach and ocean. It sleeps an additional two on full-sixed sofas in the livingroom area- and there is a second bathroom here too. This resort area is safe and very fun with many great restaurants to walk to- no car is needed. The ZIH airport is a short taxi ride- maybe 15 minutes away. I rent this out when not living there as this is a second home. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washer-dryer. From either one of the two decks overlooking the beach, you can watch parasailing-kayaking-swimming-sailing-jet skiing or you can get off your butt and walk to the beach and do these things....a four minute walk. The town of Ixtapa is 15 minutes by taxi should you like to rub shoulders with the rich and famous.
What I'm Looking For :
Several times a year we like to visit family in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and would like an exchange in this area. Even Auburn or Lake Wildwood would be fine. Small and simple accommodations are fine.
