This barter can save you tons in lodging and headaches if you want to attend either the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race, the Brickyard 400 or the new Red Bull Motorcycle race. The house has central air conditioning, hardwood floors, a fireplace, a bath and a half and is located in a historic district.
