Hi i have a spacious 3 bed house on a lovely friendly but quiet street in Coedpoeth.House has downstairs toilet as well as family bathroom upstairs.(own bathroom suite fitted)Recently had new windows and doors and whole house has been rewired.I have put in a large modern fitted kitchen only last summer.Garden has large brick shed,decking area and a barked play area.House benefits from vertical blinds on each window.Laminate flooring in living room,hall and 2 bedrooms.Kitchen has ceramic floor tiles.We are just around the corner from the park with large playing fields and a stone throw away from school also 2 minutes from local shops.
