hi, i have a 3 bedroom semi-detached house on a small housing estate in ceredigion.there are 2 parks for children to play in,1 of them is just across the road from us,there is a family centre across the road too.the local primary & high schools are a 5min walk away.there is a pre-school situated in the local primary school too.local shops,chip shop,indian takeaway & garage are about 1/2 mile away from us.there are regular buses to cardigan & carmarthen towns.reasonably near to coast.
now for the house details:
downstairs:
living room,dining room,kitchen & toilet.we have a fairly large shed attached to the side of the house.& a storage cupboard in the hallway.the dining room is currently being used a bedroom.
upstairs:
2 double & 1 single bedrooms,bathroom,& airing cupboard.
1 of the double & the single bedrooms have built in wardrobes as does the bathroom.
outside:
we have a small,lawned front garden which can fenced off, a fairly large,lawned back garden with a shed.
What I'm Looking For :
we are looking for a 4-5 bedroom property in ceredigion,carmarthenshire,pembrokeshire,powys but will consider any areas.
