What I Have To Offer :

I have a spacious light and airy 2 bed flat in Brighton close to the A27. I have installed my own kitchen which is beech wood and stainless steele. GCH, very nicely decorated.. bedrooms very decent sized, plenty of storage space (have sole use of massive loft above) Lovely neighbours, friendly but not too intrusive, but always swap xmas cards etc.

What I'm Looking For :

I need a 2 bed property with a garden or a balcony, in any decorative state in either Brighton or Hove, (portslade, shoreham, etc will be considerd)
I dont mind if it needs work.I am serious about moving and only want to hear from people who are considering moving seriously also.
