Nice house, renovated in 2005, with three bedrooms (eventually one more in the basement with private access), two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Take also advantage of the terrace and the garden. We could also exchange our car (P5 2002).
Located in Montréal NDG, 15mn from downtown with public transportation or car. Enjoy the festivals during the summer and skiing in the winter. Tennis playgrounds around, a free swimming pool in the summer and parks. It's also the 400 years celebration of Quebec city this year.
What I'm Looking For :
We're looking for an exchange in december 2008 and then during the year 2009. The exchange can be non simultaneous. We're leaving from july 10th to july 25th 2008. We could also exchange a cottage located in the Laurentides next to ski resorts (Mont-Blanc and Mont-Tremblant). We are also interested to exchange during the weekend with Quebec, Ontario or the US (New York, Boston etc.). We're interested in a house or flat near the beach-ocean or downtown, if possible no more than 7 hours flight from Montréal. We are extremely attracted by Martinique and Italy for the moment but are open-minded to any suggestions! however, we're french originally so a swap with France is not really interesting for us at the moment.
