Really nice flat - don't be put off by it being on the 1st floor - it's nicer and bigger than a lot of two bed houses i have seen!
We have spilt a room as we have two children with a large age gap, so there is a double, one good size single and a smaller single bedroom. this could easily be put back if needed, but works well as it is. Good size lounge/ diner, kitchen with breakfast bar.
huge yard out the back great for kids, very secure.
close to great schools, public transport, local shops and great village of braunton.
